About The Group Therapy

It is a safe online EMDR group that using the G-TEP protocol to help reduce the impact of trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm—whether you're a returning client or exploring EMDR for the first time.
Each session follows the Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP), a research-backed EMDR method designed for group settings. This approach gently supports your nervous system, helping you process distress without having to share your trauma story.

You can attend one session or join as needed.
Even if you don’t complete all the stages of traditional EMDR therapy, each drop-in session:
  • Builds inner safety and resilience
  • Lowers emotional intensity around stressors
  • Increases clarity and grounding
  • Offers emotional relief, even after just one session
This group is open to adults of all genders. If you prefer a gender-specific group, let us know—future options may be considered.

Who This Is For

This group is ideal for adults who are:
  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stuck
  • Recovering from recent or past trauma, including emotional, physical, or relational
  • Struggling with anxiety, stress, or burnout
  • Seeking trauma-informed tools but not ready (or able) to commit to weekly therapy
  • Curious about EMDR therapy and want to try it in a safe, non-invasive way
  • My former clients who want occasional support in a group format

  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (EST)
  • Online via Secure Platform
  • $30/hr (insurance accepted)
